Mauler with Chicken Pox
I know I have posted this guy once before. I finally got off of my lazy butt and finished the base. You know how it is... well maybe you don't because you may not be a slacker like me. Anyway this is for my son's army. I really wanted to be different with his army. I lucked out and this turned out okay. I have fallen in love with the color of the spikes and the fingernails. I know the teeth don't match and someone was really excited to point that out to me (you know who you are). Anyway question and comment are welcome.

I really really love this Mauler. Such a great idea executed so well! Way to go my man! Im really wondering what you are going to end up doing with Mauler number 2.
ReplyDeleteI really like the fingernails as well, I'm a real fan of the hands overall. The second Mauler could have shingles instead of chicken pox, the spot would be larger and more ragged on the edges or you could reverse the accent colors and use light blues for the spots, nail and hair and use orange for the stone growths.
ReplyDeleteI like the contrasts in this color pallette over all. Everything jumps out but not jarringly so and looks great.
